Traditional aritsan pasta made here in South Australia using the best Australian ingredients. Slowly crafted through bronze dies, and dried at low temperature, making it far superior to commercially made pasta.

Low in salt, low GI, high in protein. No chemicals, no colourants, no GMO, no preservatives, no flavouring, 100% natural

 

How Much? One standard serve of dried Spaghetti is approximately 80-125g (depending on how hungry you are!)

Instructions:

1. Bring a large pot of water to rolling boil and add salt to taste. Recommend 1L /100g pasta

2. Add pasta and stir occasionally. Cook for 10-12 min

3. Remove from heat, drain well and finish cooking in pan with desired sauce.
